A mother from Argentina, brought to us a very popular dish, Empanadas.
So many varieties!
When she was a child, Fernanda was fascinated as the family came together while making Empanadas. This inspired her to create to what is now B. A. Mamas Empanadas in honor of her Mother and Grandmother and the hours spent together in the kitchen laughing and chatting around an empanada.
After 20 years of leaving in the South Bay, Fernanda decided it was the right moment to share her empanadas with families and friends. Creating a Catering business, and participating in Farmers Markets where her creativity, and background in Fine Arts plays an important roll in the cooking and the execution of the branding for the company.
She provides the highest level of service, freshly handmade cuisine with a focus on delicious Empanadas and Dulce de Leche Alfajores. Whatever your event, from Kids Birthday Parties, Holidays, Weddings and Corporate Events, to Takeout, she can make it the most special.
